All behaviour serves a purpose.
Often services come across individuals that present with 'behaviour' that challenges. Having training that provides Bio-Social-Psycho Education can allow for understanding what the behaviour may serve for that person and how to creatively and with compassion work with them to support their needs beyond cognitive interventions.
Bio-Social-Psycho Education
Looking at biologically what happens in the body and brain triggering fight flight freeze flop, regulation and its impact on the bodies functioning.
Social expectations, family dynamics, ACES that impede on development/processing and systems that impact/maintain issues.
Psychological education around developmental stages, attachment, integration and mental health.
CPD using creative ways to explore the theory already available but anchored to stories, visuals, active creative engagement and reflections.
Different packages available depending on need of training sessions. Ranging from 1 off events to working over a period of time including monthly group supervision.
